In this workshop you will be provided with the materials and instructions needed to knit your very own pair of socks!
We cannot knit all the parts of the sock in just one workshop -- but we will go over every technique you will need review how socks are make. You can receive follow-up help during Fibre Art Open Hours on Tuesdays of 4th week.
You will be provided with materials to keep! The suggested donation for materials is 10-15 dollars. This includes 1 ball of sock wool, and 1 set of douple-pointed knitting needles (size US 2-3). If you want to knit a longer/larger pair of socks, you might want an extra ball of yarn (suggested donation ~$7).
If you do not want materials, please choose a "No materials" ticket. This means you need to provide your own. If you want to purchase yarn but not needles, select the "extra yarn" option.
If you want to borrow knitting needles please say so in the comment box below..
If you would like materials but you cannot afford them, OR you would like to pay with a different method, select the "Yes materials - different payment" and please say so in the comment box below.
